Breathwork
To the extent that your breath is restricted, so is your aliveness and your life.
I offer two types of breathwork sessions for individuals and groups: Breathing Alive is a guided breathwork journey; and Embodied Breath focuses on the technical aspects of breathwork. You can practice either modality on its own, and both sessions compliment each other. To schedule a one-on-one session, group event, or simply to learn more, fill out my contact form or set up a call.
Breathing Alive

Breathwork journeys with me invite your full aliveness and expression. They are an opportunity to release tension, trauma, and stuck emotions. Often participants access expanded states of consciousness. In this guided hour-long journey, you will begin lying on your back on a mat. My instructions are: breath with your full torso and listen to the strength and rhythm of your body. The more vigorous the breath, the more energy you will move. Listen to your body and say “yes” to whatever is arising.
Together with the breath, I play a soundtrack of evocative music to guide the arc of the experience. Integration is a big focus for me: spending time to land, ground, and harvest the insights of the journey enables lasting transformation. To get a sense of the type of music I use (or to take yourself on a journey) check out my tracks on soundcloud.
Embodied Breath

I offer tailored instruction on breath techniques for personal practice. I draw upon pranayama from Hatha yoga and tantrik practices, including the Tibetan practice of tummo. These practices bring us out of our heads, into our bodies, and open a direct doorway into the primal ground of our true nature. Check out the videos below to get a sense of my breath instruction.
